Entrevista
Phone interview followed by interview with store manager and assistant manager. I arrived early and waited in the seating area of the store. Talked with an associated before the interview started and got some insight into what work was like. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I received an offer about five days after the in-person interview.

The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
