Questions were team vibe check and individual preferences to ascertain whether or not you're the Lululemon type that they're looking to represent the brand. Job was retail sales focused - not a lot of questions in initial interview based on sales skills and retail experience.

There was 3 different interviews conducted in multiple settings. In store, yoga session, and another with stores associates. Too much for a simple position in my opinion, not even Wall Street does 3 interviews. Low pay.
