Received a LinkedIn message about the position. I expressed interest and the recruiter scheduled time to talk on the phone. Things went well, I spoke to the hiring manager and scheduled an onsite interview. During the onsite things seemed to have gone well, but the hiring manager never showed up. I left and a few weeks later no response or any communication from the recruiter. No respect to candidates that take time out of their busy schedule to conduct interviews with them.
