Entrevista
The interview process consists of three rounds. First round is the standard HR screening call. The second round was a code review with developers. The last round is a call with their very young CTO. This is where I've noticed a lot of red flags. CTO was asking very basic questions, suitable more for an HR round. I've asked a couple of difficult questions and didn't receive satisfactory answers and ultimately didn't receive an offer as a result.
Thankfully, it looks like I was correct and dodged a bullet there, since the company seems to be going bankrupt.

I got a 30-minute call with a recruiter, who started to be interested, but suddenly showed signs that maybe I wasn't a good fit. When I got the email, I asked for detailed feedback on why he believes I'm not a good fit. But he never replied. This lack of transparency and feedback made me consider never applying or recommending Kevin to anyone in the future.

Entrevista
I completed all of the stages of the interview, the whole process took about 2/3 weeks. At the end of the process, they said they would make me an offer in the next day. But the next day they actually sent me a short email saying my location was not supported and that they were not able to do an offer. They made me spend my time with challenges and the whole interview process for, in the end, to tell me that my location was not supported remotely. First, they should have done that validation before starting the process, and second, it is actually not true because on LinkedIn I can see employees working from my country. It really shows how honest and transparent this company is.
