It was pretty smooth. You get a phone call to discuss your qualifications and the company, followed by an online assessment that lasts an hour then a physical meet at the office with the managers.

There were 2 stages that I went through the first was just an initial chat about what I know about IWOCA finding out if you have a quantitative background and wanted to do that as my career going forward the interviewer was very nice The second round involved doing questions that don't require difficult maths but do require you to think, it was a random topic not related to the business the imaginary company I had was about light bulbs and their energy consumption etc. and several rounds of questions were asked about the company. The interviewer was quite awkward and I did not feel very relaxed with him I did not get to finish nor did he indicate that I had little time left

The interview process consisted of a brief, pretty traditional phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a one hour online assessment designed to test technical credit knowledge. The next stage was an in-person interview with two members of the credit group, focused on both technical credit knowledge and fit. The final round of interviews included two shorter interviews with the Head of Credit Risk (knowledge-focused) and with additional members of the credit team (more fit-focused). Though I ultimately accepted a different offer, the interview process with iwoca was the best I experienced during my search. It progressed quickly and on the promised schedule, iwoca was flexible enough to accommodate my timeline for deciding on another offer, iwoca was transparent about the process, and they were forthcoming in providing information about the company in order to help me fully evaluate the offer. I ultimately chose another offer based on the job role, but was left with a very positive impression of iwoca as a result of my interview experience.
