The worst interview in my 15-year career. The recruiter was very short, unhappy to be on the call and barely asked me any questions about my background. The call was over in 10 minutes. It almost seemed like an obligatory call before sending an assessment that they require. I must not have "passed" because I received an almost immediate rejection email. Why bother wasting my time with a recruiter call if the only thing that mattered was this bogus assessment. Has anyone looked into the legality of this assessment because it sure wasn't related to my qualifications. I hope this company reevaluates their recruiting process or the leadership on this talent acquisition team. Disappointing experience and would not recommend anyone pursuing a career here.
