I were unable to pass the interview, but the process they have chosen for interview is really good. I have given and taken many interviews in my career, but interview at this place it totally different. Commonly at all other places, interviewer asks about coding related questions, but here instead, it was fully logical interview. Here they asked 2-3 common coding questions, otherwise their main focus was of logic. The way in which they are asking questions, i can say this might be the only company which is following all the software development standard practices. They may ask you question related sequence diagrams, unit tests, design patterns or any architectural question. From my perspective, i can give 5 out of 5 for such an amazing interview process. I have learned so many things from them in single interview, i can say if i might have selected in this company, then this might have made me learn so many things.
