I was recruited off LinkedIn and had 2 phone interviews with senior management in the agency. One interviewer was on the east coast and the other in Michigan. There was no onsite interview because there are no Inventiv offices in California. Interviewers had no knowledge of the project and couldn't answer my questions, which made me almost not take the job. Recruiter also averted some of my questions about the positions.
