They will promise you the world, lots of growth, many avenues to go through...do not listen. No one ends up with the job they are promised. If you are interviewing for a manager, ask what happened to the last one. When they say "productivity" ask to see profit reports, and see what they expect from you.

I never really had an interview. I was just asked to come in a job shadow, so i did that and after a week i was kind of just thrown out there to fend for myself.
