It was very easy from start to finish. There was clear expectations set in the initial conversations and I understood the ups and downs of the industry before jumping into the role. Management gave me all of the necessary details about the role and what it takes to be successful. You can tell there is a genuine care about who they bring on staff just as much as they care about the clients they bring in. The culture is shown from the first time speaking with someone at iVenture and was proven each day that I have worked here.

The most important question I was asked was about hard work and if I understood and could handle the difficult part of sales as much as the successes.
Smooth process with a ton of detail. The team was incredibly responsive but also honest in the process of what the expectations would be for the role. Highly recommend coming on site to HQ and meeting the team face to face.
