Interview process was fantastic very transparent staff and received all the information I needed to be successful. They provided a clear job description of what the role entailed and what they were looking in a candidate.

The process included several casual conversations with the CEO at the office in Lake Oswego, followed by a group interview with members of the Leadership Team. The group interview was casual and relaxed, allowing me the opportunity to get a feel for the company culture. I walked out of the interview thinking, "wow that was fun". Not your typical interview - it was not stiff or intimidating. Fun people, fun culture.
