Asked to complete an unpaid design task, which i sent over promptly never bothered to reply with unsuccessful or successful. Design tasks are somewhat unethical anyway, especially when no compensation is provided for the potential employees time, and especially when the work is practically spec work that the company could use or get ideas from, the very least the company could do is respond and offer feedback, to ghost someone completely after they completed your request is extremely unprofessional and a big red flag. Companies like this have no value for peoples time and should rethink their interview process for assessing potential employees.
