Applied online for the position. Received and email a few days later inviting me to an onsite interview. Half day interview onsite, included a tour of the facility and several in person interviews.

Gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. Went through a phone interview, hacker rank challenge, video interview, and two on-site interviews (same day). I never heard back from them.
