Truly, the most horrible interview process I have ever undergone, and the most unprofessional talent acquisition team. I applied at the end of January, and breezed through the phone and in person interviews, and then was ghosted. Assurances were made that I would be contacted, and then went unfulfilled. I finally did meet with a different person from the talent acquisition team, who then told me four months after the last step in the interview that they decided to go with someone else, despite my 10 years of experience and full certifications. No reason was given, and when I asked for feedback on the interview, they flatly refused and said they would no longer talk to me, I have never been treated like this in my life. As upset as I am that I was not hired, I feel like I dodged a bullet and did not end up working for such a terrible company. It is their loss and not mine. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.

They administer pre-employment online tests. One is a test of behavioral questions. The other is a test of cognitive skills. Both tests are timed. One test has 50 questions to answer in 12 minutes. Quite hard to finish all in that time frame.
