Its a bit late i am writing this down here. But better late than Never !! My first 2 rounds of Interview process went well and i was in the 3rd round for finalizing on the offer. In the interview call email it was mentioned as 'Best Salary in the Industry' highlighted in color, But it was just a blunt show off, they were not ready to pay more than what i was getting already and were stuck at same offer what i am already being earning. I just felt bad as i had sent my CTC and ECTC earlier to them and on top of that they call you for the interview and then say this is what we can give. Its like not valuing someone's time, is this what the management does ??
