Pros: A lot of time was spent on me by 3 levels of management. Each person was honest, open, and approachable. Nobody made me feel nervous or hesitant to communicate thoroughly. HR rep was very professional. Cons: Employment App could have been sent to me via e-mail so I would not have to fill it out on-site while waiting for interviewers.
