To say this was a strange interview is an understatement. It was a 2 person panel. The two people who were interviewing seemed to be sharing an inside joke because they kept giggling at one another. The interviewers did not act professional and seemed to not take it seriously which is a shame because Blue Sun used to be a good company as I have colleagues that have worked there. I guess with the acquisition, their standards have fallen. Either that, or they already had a candidate chosen, in which case they should not have wasted everyone's time. Was also told specifically NOT to prepare for the interview. I did regardless but this is never good advice. Overall, just so strange.
