Filled out an online application. Given opportunity to do test edit. Submitted test edit within 3 days as requested. Didn't pass the test edit. Would recommend taking the extra time offered and submitting a higher quality product over making it within the 3 day turn around.

They sent me a sample video to edit, but were EXTREMELY picky about the particulars of the result. And not in ways that would increase the video's value by even 1% - just focusing on extreme minutia. I am not the world's best editor by any means, but I had 10+ years of experience and worked with very large companies, and no one has ever been as demanding.

It was quite easy but there were a lot of irrelevant questions. The interview was recorded. They send me files to edit a video, but I didn't get any offers.

For the role, you have to download lots of gb of footage to edit a video test which is obviously not paid. They feedback is very unclear and you never know who is judging your trial.
