The first level of an interview with Subject Matter Experts. All the questions are subject related & very informative to analyse our self.
Second level discussion with Top Management People. Mostly it will be, project handling and management skill to understand the contribution & responsibilities.
Third Level commercial discussion with HR.
Received offer letter on the same day of my acceptance of commercials.
