I met with the Regional VP of Engineering and the local Engineering Manager, and both were very nice and thoughtful. After speaking with them for maybe fifteen minutes, they showed me around the facility and told me about projects that are in process and upcoming. They then took me back to the interview space, asked me a bit more, asked if I had any questions, and we all went on our way. I was very comfortable the whole time, and I hope I get to work with them. This interview happened yesterday, so I have understandably not yet received an offer.
