Entrevista
The hiring manager called and left a message for a call back, as I was unavailable. When I called back she was in a meeting and stated she would call me back in 15 minutes. 3 days later she still had not called, so did. I left a message and she called later that day to schedule a face to face interview.
I arrived a few minutes early, but wasn’t called in until 10 minutes past our scheduled time.
I sat with both sales managers.
I was first drilled on how much I knew about each and every radio station owned in the area. I rattled off 2-3, was told I was wrong, asked if I thought it’d be a good idea to research the company first(which i had), and then was later told that they do, in fact, own the stations I mentioned.
There were no standard STAR questions, which I can appreciate. Instead the majority of the questions revolved around compensation from my previous job and what I expected and “would need” to make in this job.
The main hiring manager was confrontational and on the offensive the entire time.
When asked if I had any questions, I asked one to be cordial and got out of there ASAP.

Entrevista
Screen interview call followed by a zoom interview with projected boss & their boss! Very formal. Said that I would receive & email letting me know whether I made it to the next round, but got ghosted - radio silence.
