Entrevista
This was a very disappointing interview process (if you would even call it that). When I first moved back home I applied for this company. This was somewhere I wanted to be so badly so I went there in person to turn in a cover letter as well as my resume. I even called a few weeks later to follow up. When I finally got the manager on the phone, I was rushed off the phone and felt totally discarded. He said once he got the chance, he'd review my resume and give me a call back. Never happened. That was in 2016. Fast forward to the end of this year in November. I had applied again and towards the end of November, he sent me an email asking to speak with me (same manager by the way). He asked when would be a good time to speak with me THAT DAY. I said any time is fine. He vaguely said he'd contact me at some point that afternoon... Well he never gave me a specific time and he never called. So later that evening, I received another email stating that he "got caught up in work and got behind on everything." He asked me to verify my number and asked when would be a good time to call speak on the phone the next day. I told him 2pm and provided him with my current number (which was already on my job application). He never replied to confirm the time so I thought that was strange but I still hoped to hear from him the next day... Well the next day came around and I sat patiently by phone as 2 o'clock rolled around. No call. 2:15 came, but no call. 3 o'clock came but no call..... BUT! I did receive another email later that evening stating that he got behind on work... AGAIN. So he stated that he would not be able to get to me until Tuesday the following week.... But he never set a particular time so I figured where this was going... As predicted, I never received any phone calls from him that Tuesday... Not any calls that entire following week either. He emailed me nearly a week AFTER that and said that they decided to hire someone internally... I'm sure you could imagine the frustration, disappointment, and pain I felt when he told me that. I mean, he had no regard for the fact that he wasted my time and didn't even give me a chance. I wanted to work for this company so badly....I have the skills and experience, I have two degrees, and I'm a hard-working and honest individual. It breaks my heart that that's not even enough to find work these days. It makes me want to give up on life itself. I've been trying to get my career started for so long. But I'm just another statistic I suppose- educated and unemployed.

It was about a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manger. Pretty general questions, mainly about what you are looking to get out of the position. The second interview is usually with 1-2 sellers.

Wasn't hard. 2 interviews. Mostly behavioral questions.
Really no analytical nor technical questions. Maybe about what software's you've used in the past.
Know your resume and the simple job description and you're good.

Phone screening and then 3 one on one interviews . Asked questions related to my resume and where I wanted to be in the future. They ended up giving the position to someone who previously interned there.
