It was a pretty straightforward interview. He got my resume from a friend who now works for him. When I came in for the interview wearing a nice shirt and tie he told me their dress code was much more casual. We talked about my current responsibilities and what I would do if I worked for him. He then showed me around their facility which was pretty cool.
