Firstly had HR round and after following up they scheduled a video call with manager which was a non technical call. After 3 weeks I was called for face to face interview. One hour thirty minutes interview completed in 45mins. Three people interviewed me it was non technical questions. Interviewers did not looked much experienced in taking interviews except the VP. I was not given an offer by telling that they felt they need more stronger person in manual and automation testing. Why did they ended up interview in 45mins they might have utilized the time and have asked me more question and then it would have completely make sense that I did not answered any of the question well and they need more stronger person in manual and automation testing. They wasted my time and simply gave false hopes about we are looking for a manual tester only. Not a single question was asked about automation. They did not even discussed about what tools and technology they work on what their team is working on. Just one word Interviewers looked very confused and I felt they were not interested in interviewing me. Simply wasted my time.
