1st round short call interview, take-home test to finish within 2 days. The test is not difficult. 3rd interview with lead and director. My personal feeling is pretty bad. In the beginning, they said they hire a junior FE, but when it comes to the 3rd round, their director said they are looking for a senior developer. This is a pretty bad excuse and I feel like they did not respect their candidates. The director didn't turn on the video and did not greet. At least, people should show in a good manner. Also, I'm an immigrant here and English is my second language. When I do not fully understand. They are not too happy to repeat it again. No one reviewed what I did for the take-home test. It seems they are not interested in it at all. I can feel how they treat their employees.
