If you are reading this and wondering what the interview process will be like when you apply to iCIMS, rest assured, you will not have a more pleasant experience than this. From first contact, you will be welcomed, debriefed on the process that lies ahead and given plenty of "air time" to ask questions, learn of the culture and ensure that you are right for the role in which you applied. When the interviews occur, you will be provided with the name(s) and position(s) of the interviewer(s) which helps in anticipating the types of questions you will be asked. After the call, there will be prompt reach-out from the recruiter to explain the next steps in the process. It will not take long for you to realize that this is a solid company that recognizes top-talent and respects candidates' time. In my opinion, the interview questions were extremely fair and on-topic. If you are qualified for the position, it will show, so have confidence in yourself.

The process took about a month from the day I submitted an application to when I receieved an offer. The initial phone call was with a Recruiter who asked me generally about my interest and then explained that I would be taking an assessment. As it turns out, I had applied for a different position about 2 months prior and already took the assessment at that time, but they did not move me forward for that other position. I'm the kind of person who believes everything happens for a reason though: they had me complete the assessment a second time and I ended up doing a video interview with the hiring manager for this position. The video interview took 30 minutes. Exactly a week after that interview is when I receieved an offer. The Recruiter was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. The icing on the cake was when the Recruiter who initially spoke with me when I applied for the other position reached out to me to say congratulations. Very polished process both times. Even when I was notified that they went with other people for the other position, the interaction was still warm and they encouraged me to re-apply.
