Entrevista
Applied online, got a call from a recruiter to talk about some of my experience and see if it aligns with what the team is looking for. If so, schedule sometime to talk to the hiring manager on the phone. If you pass that - come on-site for a 4 hour interview to talk with multiple people on the team/other teams. Half of the interviews are technical and the other half are personality/cultural fit.
Everyone was nice throughout the process and there were no egos to be found (one of the cultural tenants iCims preaches). I talked with engineers/hiring manager/director. The office was very nice and modern and seemed like a good place to work with plenty of free snacks, coffee, etc. They really do stress on their cultural ideals they follow, so if you don't fit in, you are most likely not going to get the role.
Got called a few days later saying I was not selected for the role. But, as a whole it was a good experience.

The interview process was an online interview since I wan't in state at the time to do it in person (Made it super convenient). It was a total of three interviews first was tech, followed by questions of how I work in a team, followed by personality questions.

The interview process was straight forward and similar to most interviews I've had. Although rather than starting with the technical recruiter, I happen to have worked with the hiring manager some years prior so I first met with him. After a 1/2 hour screening of my resume, I was given a 1/2 hour interview with their technical recruiter. The technical recruiter was satisfied with my credentials and proceeded to arrange an onsite interview with a panel of 3 engineers followed by several managers. The interview with the engineers was very technical to gain an understanding of my background and how it could help them. The interviews with the managers was more to gauge my personality to see if I fit the company culture.
