I spoke with the recruiter for about 30 minutes where she asked about my background, skill set, and why I was looking for a new role. After this an onsite interview was setup for a week later with 4 different people. Interview took about 2 hours. First hour I met with the hiring manager and an upper level employee where they found out more about my background and skill set. Some technical questions were asked. Next 30 minutes was with a VP, and the final 30 minutes with the CTO. Both asked questions about my analytical process and what steps I take not only to answer questions, but how I show validity in my work. Overall, it was very down to earth and really gave me a glimpse into the iCIMS culture!
