Entrevista
2 part interview:
1st - general interview discussing your CV, past experiences, etc.
2nd - walkthrough a case study that was sent around 1h30m before the 1st interview, as well as general questions around the M&A process.
The first round is a 30 min personal interview and then a case study that you present (case study was sent and solved beforehand). 2nd and last interview was with a partner about experience/motivations.

Entrevista
Interesting discussions with Directors and Partners. 3 interviews, 1 HR, 1 case study, 1 Partner. The case study was a good representation of the work done during the internship. Interviewers were nice and established interesting discussions.

Multiples were tested as well as cluster establishment and WACC calculation
Zwei Runden. Erste Runde mit Team Lead und nicht HR. CV Pitch und Case Study.
Case Study ist nicht sehr schwer und meistens für den Logistic Sektor. Hierbei muss man potentielle Partner finden, LinkedIn Adressen kopieren und den CEO nennen.
