You would get a call from the HR for an interview. The first round can either be telephonic or face to face. They only ask very basic questions and your salary expectations. The company wants to hire people who can work on minimum wages. If your expectations are around 12-15k a month then you will be called for the next round. The next round will be with Mr. Deep Arora who is the director of the company. A few of the employees will be seated alongside him and you will be asked to explain a topic of your choice. You will be tested on your learning of the subject and also on your presentation skills. If you are confident enough then you will be hired.
