It was the best hiring process I went through so far in my career. First technical interview was with a person who had more than 10 years of technical experience. It was about 1.5 hours long interview and it touched all major areas. What I appreciate most is that they give you proper time. Not like some companies that give you some quick problem solving task or a few questions which cannot fairly determine your expertise and skills because that approach is more likely based solely on your luck. The second interview was also a technical interview with the CEO who has decades of technical experience. I had to wait a little bit before the interview but I received a proper apology from them and was offered tea during waiting period. My experience with the whole hiring was good.
