The phone interview was brief and easy, then they brought me in for an in person interview.
The onsite interview (roughly) consists of 2 parts, technical and non-technical.
Technical: Too many unpractical questions. They asked too many things that virtually never happen in the real life scenarios, it is as if you code for the sake of coding. The part that completely turned me off is the whiteboard coding. I mean, come on, what century is this where you have to "compile" codes with your brain?
Non-technical can be further split into 2 parts: your soft skills and your political views. I actually quite enjoy the "politic" parts of the interview. On the other hand, the soft skill portion of the interview was rather demoralizing, they emphasized too much on you cannot do as oppose to what your strengths are.
Overall, the interview was poorly conducted. They emphasized too much on what you cannot do as oppose to your strength.
i360 can be a great place to work at but the interview process needs to be improved.

I applied to i360 through an online portal and got a call from the recruiter for a 30min / 1hr interview with the Hiring Manager.
As per my experience none of the Hiring Managers are technically commendable, but the guy who interviewed me was epic good in his C# knowledge.
