first round is case based telephonic interview. the hr executive was supposed to arrange for the interview the very next day, but she delayed it by a week without giving a clear picture. also after the interview, she has just abscond- no reply to mail and calls went unanswered. one fine day she mailed I didn't make it to next round, I hope she has said that after chking my record and didn't just shut me down as I called her repeatedly. overall process is very slow.

Test followed by 2 Interview rounds. The interview could be based on your interests or a guesstimate. After the first interview round, you are given a case based interview. Based on these two interviews you are offered a job.
