They are less concerned about your skills and more concerned about whether you can hold a conversation. i think we talked more about down hill skiing then we did the job. Management has no clue what they are looking for and your good as long as you have a pulse. HR is very disorganized, They never told me the time I was supposed to start and gave me a general start day. I called to try to verify when they wanted me and got no calls back. I showed up on the general start date they gave me hoping I had a job only to find out I was an hour late. (?) How can you be late if you were never given a time?
