First an interview with the CEO. Second a programming exercise. I submitted the solution and got a response that I have cleared the test and they would like to invite me for in person interview and I should let them know my salary expectation. I did let them know and after that there was no response. They should at least let them candidate know if there is any change in their requirement, specially when they respond positively first. I even sent an email as reminder but no response!
