The process has 4 steps, if I remember correctly. I reached the second step. The questions on the second interview were a little bit off. I understand you trying to find a match, but they were quite intrusive. The interviewer seemed a bit disconnected. On my part, I could have prepared better; however, I was put off by the interview altogether. One thing that wasn't okay was being questioned about whether I have children or not, when the question was about whether I like remote work or not.
