Something clearly went wrong in the interview process. None of my original interviewers seemed to be aware of my interview, and both were absent. Since their process required the interview to take place two days after the assignment, someone had to step in at the last minute. It felt rushed and disorganised. The substitute interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested and, at times, came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh. I tried my best to be respectful and prepared, but the conversation left me feeling discouraged rather than evaluated fairly. Some of the feedback I received felt more like a personal judgment than constructive interview feedback. Overall, the experience gave me the impression that the process was poorly coordinated and not handled with much care.

Process for the position of junior consultant on permanent contract: -HR interview (1h, English test, motivation, classic HR questions) -Digital presentation + pitch of the presentation -Manager interview (1h, motivation, career path, situational analysis) -Case study interview with a director (1 hour interview including 30 minutes of case studies in strategy & management) -VP interview (1 hour, motivation and background)
