I was promoted to Boutique Manager from Assistant Boutique Manager and to Assistant Boutique Manager from Key Holder and to Key Holder from Boutique Associate, so I cannot attest to the interview process for Boutique Managers coming from the outside. My initial interview experience consisted of a selection of the typical interview questions that are asked of every francesca's® employee plus one question that my then manager asked of all her interviewees: where do you get your fashion inspiration? The interview process as I was promoted consisted of questions more along the lines of, "Why do you feel that you're ready for this position," "Who do you think would be most qualified to take your place when you leave your current position," etc.
I should add that a background check is required for Key Holder and above.

I really don't remember which question was most difficult for me to answer as I interviewed almost three years ago. I can, however, say that since then, I have interviewed dozens of people, especially upon becoming the manager of my own store and taking on the task of hiring a full staff. The most difficult question for most people to answer is, "What are some weaknesses you would like to work on?"

Spent an hour or so chatting with district trainer, talked about availability, put together an outfit. It was pretty laid back, but had I known them what I know now- I never would have accepted...or even applied.

Simple and basic. You are asked about yourself, your background and given scenarios to see how you would handle special cases. The interview is to see how strong your leadership skills are, management style and how sales oriented you are.

Entrevista
Two phone interviews and one in person. The first was with the District Manager, and the next was over the phone with the Regional Manager. The final interview was in person in the boutique with the district
