it was a one day process 1st round with sales manager face to face 2nd with National Head on Phone & last on with Business head same on Phone, at the end of the day Recruiter was in touch with me offered me the job and the compensation which i demanded required an approval so for that it took three more working days after that she sent me the offer letter and for joining it was online survey which i completed for joining.
