Just another poorly organized start-up destined for failure, ripping off thousands of small business owners in the process. Leadership conferred onto undeserving and poorly skilled people.
No real process to speak of. The "leadership team" is just looking to rush into new city launches via poaching from other start-ups and then a quick conversation on when you can start. Would love it if you would also first help out with BD via walking in on cafes/restaurants/takeaways and not leaving until they're on board.
Avoid the "digital disruption" of the hospitality at all costs and do NOT interview with foodora.

How would you go about justifying the ludicrous 30% + $5 delivery that we charge?
30min HR call for behavioural questions, very friendly, and then hiring manager checking background and behavioural questions, and then case interview that's close to the job in the office, and then talk with a leader
The application was online CV and cover lette, then a phone call/ initial screening, the interview was online for 20 min and after the interview came the offer to start workings. A relatively easy process

Relaxed, two step interview with HR in the first round and Team Lead in the second. Good atmosphere, General questions about experience and know-how, software. Good presentation what the firm is doing.
