      Entrevista

      Overall, the process was fine. I applied online and received a phone screening call. The second step was an in-person interview, and the interviewer was pleasant, professional, and informative. I ended up having four additional virtual interviews which were 30-minute calls with various members of leadership. These were all scheduled in a timely manner and were relatively straightforward. My one complaint would be their lack of communication at the end of the process. I met with the final member of leadership on a Monday, and was called within a few hours and asked about my salary requirements. This, along with other statements from leadership led me to believe an offer was imminent, and I was told point-blank I would hear in 2-3 days. Fast forward to two weeks later and I finally received a call that they had gone a different direction, but they appreciated my experience etc. While everyone I met with was perfectly pleasant, I was frustrated by their lack of transparency at the end of the process and the amount of time it took them to notify me I wasn't hired.
