I applied for the role in November/December 2020 through Indeed. I was then informed that I had been shortlisted, and attended a Zoom interview with two members of the team. After completing that interview, I was told I was through to the next stage which was completing a task. Within 3 hours I had returned the task back to the hiring manager. It is currently April 2021 (4 months later) and I haven't heard a response. I find it incredibly disrespectful to ghost candidates who are taking invaluable time that they'll never get back - completing tasks and attending zoom interviews, all for you not to even have the courtesy to respond them with an update. I would not recommend facetheory to anybody, as it's clear they don't respect candidates or value their time - and if it wasn't for the Community Guidelines on Glassdoor, I would have most certainly named the two women - but given the dates and job title I've provided, I'm sure they know exactly who they are.
