I applied by email to HR and in two weeks I receive an answer to schedule the company apresentation and four tests. The tests were Logical Reasoning, agility, error detecting and text comprehension. After the test HR did an apresentation of the company telling the salary, benefits, how it is work at everis.
After five days I received the schedule with HR and manager interview. It was simple, the manager asked if I can work in group and checked my CV.
I liked the interview due they are clear what to expect from the company and what the company expect from the employee.

the interview was not difficult, they were asking just questions about previous experience. When they didn't like the answer, they were insisting on the question, to put pressure. They also commented that people like me they had thousands! I guess they were trying to make me feel bad about myself so I would not ask too much for the salary. So they never tell about the conditions, only after the candidate tells how much expects to earn, then they make an offer or not. In my case they were trying to offer the least possible! Also asked them how is it possible to live in a big city with that salary? according to them they know people who can survive like that....
In conclusion I had a bad experience as I never had before in other interviews, they were very arrogant.

Proceso largo, de 6 meses sin ningún tipo de feedback. Dos con manager y una con rrhh. Hacen business case difícil. Las entrevistas Duran mínimo hora, hora y media. Te venden mucho la moto con la empresa
