Entrevista
I was contacted by Everis after a spontaneous candidature. I was invited to a couple of very informal interviews with project managers. The first interview was more like a presentation of the company and overall accessement of my goals as a potencial employee. The second interview was also very informal and it was more or less the same topics discussed in the first interview.
Two interviews:
- The first one to get to know me and my interests;
- The second to make me an internship proposal and to answer any questions I might have.
Friendly interviewers, relaxed interview and the whole process of hiring was really well explained.

Il processo è durato un paio di settimane, ho fatto due interviste informali via videoconferenza prima con l’HR che mi ha chiesto di presentarmi sulla base del mio cv e poi con il manager del mio dipartimento che mi ha spiegato bene la posizione e chiesto se avessi eventuali domande

Thge whole process is made on just one day. It is long but they reply quick after, they make an English test and group dynamics besides two personal interviews. They separate the group for that
