Entrevista
I had a first interview with the RRHH recruiter, he was very nice and he gave me information about the company, how they work, etc. Then I started with a technical assignment, where they said it was not a problem when to deliver it but that it was my own project and that I could take the time I want. I did the front and the backend as it was required for the project. In the description they said minimum in half a day of work it could be done and they wanted also tests. This was already something that it is not possible but they let me time to do it in they time I needed or wanted because I am also working so I took more days. When I send it to them after more than 1 week I didn't saw in the database no one that entered to check and I had no news. I asked and they told me to wait and finally they said no because the devs check it and it was not a good fit but again, I didn't saw anyone that entered for the database so I don't know what happened but I am sure they didn't even saw it. This is not serious because they make you lose your time.

Entrevista
1. Introductory interview - Discussion about past experience, expectations, the reasons for the change, and next steps. After this, you have the option to choose from a take-home coding assignment or a walkthrough of an existing project. I chose the latter.
2. Technical interview - Walkthrough of a personal project which I did in the past. Discussion about the architecture, trade-offs, potential improvements and scalability of the project.
3. Final interview - A chat with the team members. Discussion on opinions about different topics. It was all casual. The later part of this interview was a chat with the CTO. It was mostly behavioural questions and general discussion.
The process was very apt, with no irrelevant tests or questions. The team was really nice to talk to and all the interviews felt like a regular discussion.
