Interview process was relatively standard, but dragged on over 2 months. Stages included:
- Recruiter screening
- Take home
- Technical follow up
- Cultural fit (final round)
Questions and task were straightforward, and the team that I met was super friendly.
Neutral review comes from two things:
- external recruiter used by the company wasn't great to work with. Slow to respond (if he responded at all), and seemed to do the bare minimum in his role.
- after the final round no detailed feedback was provided, just a generic "we've decided to go with another candidate" message
