The first round (HR interview) was fully positive and I was excited about this opportunity. The company culture I heard about was also quite intriguing. The next round was the home assignment which I submitted within the given 3-day timeframe. However, I did not receive any feedback even after 1 week passed, although they promised to check it fast and provide feedback. Especially that I mentioned during the HR interview that I have other job leads. In my opinion, it is not nice or respectful to ignore candidates by not providing feedback, as candidates invest time, effort, and energy in completing the home assignment. Definitely dissapointed.

The interviewers were nice at the beginning, but towards the end they became impolite, the manager left the call without even waiting for me to say goodbye. It was a strange experience, after this interview I told them that I wouldn't want to work at the company, as mutual respect is key to a healthy job environment, and they did not check that box at the very first interview.
