It's an on-site interview. First, the director is talking about my basic information on resume. Second, he gave me some paper test. There are 5 test papers, each one covers one topic: C++, Linux, Sql server, ASP.NET and computer science general questions. The test last for about 45 mins. They don't ask to finish all the paper, just finish the knowledge you are familiar with. Then, the developers came and review the papers, then ask more technical questions. Most of the questions are in C++ programming and Sql query.
