This interview was for EasyJet holidays
After successfuly going through 3 stages of interviews for the Solutions Architect role, I got a callback from EasyJet asking if I would consider a Tech Lead role. They sent out a coding assignment which I completed. After sending out the assignment they reviewed it and rejected me.
I asked for some feedback for the code I submitted, and why they decided not to move my application forward, but they didn't send back any feedback whatsoever.
Without receiving any feedback, it seems that my time invested in working on the assignment was a complete waste.

Entrevista
The interview process was handled very professionally, they understood exactly what the role is about and what to expect from somebody in this role. Spot on questions and exercises. The first interview went over the phone, second with line manager and EA and the last one with the project director and HR.
