Pretty straight forward interview process, very good communication around dates and times.
The assessment day was different because it was virtual. The group part was good and quite fun.
I struggled with the 1-1 interview especially as from the start they said that they have many many applicants and that I needed to prove that I was the best of the best. Personally that made my nerves worse. But I can’t really blame the interviewer for saying that. I struggled with the motivational and role questions as even though I had done my research I couldn’t fit it all in. Even though I wasn’t successful I would apply again and learn from my mistakes
The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Entrevista
Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
